Honduras Government Purchase PRRCH-61-LPI-O-:

"Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning and After-Sales Service of Four (4) Digital Static Excitation Systems for Synchronous Generator and (4) Excitation Transformers for the Francisco Morazán Hydroelectric Power Plant.

The Excitation System must consist of a power stage based on an Excitation Transformer and a Thyristor Converter as well as a control stage based on two Excitation Control Units (ECU) which must contain the regulation and compensation functions, limitation, protection, logical control, event recording and transient recording, the ECUs must be built on microprocessed digital technology, the Excitation System must provide +- 5 pu of ceiling voltage according to the resistance and temperatures of the field winding.

The Contractor who does not manufacture or produce the Goods proposed to be supplied shall submit with its tender a Manufacturer's Authorization to demonstrate that it has been duly authorized by the manufacturer or producer of the Goods to be supplied in the Employer's country."
