Honduras Government Purchase CPI-01-2019:

"The purpose of the Consultancy is to support the CREE with the development and socialization of regulations and norms for the regulation of the National Electric Market (MEN). The consultancy consists of the following works:

a) Revision and Standardization of the Regulation of Operation of Distribution Systems,
b) Revision, Standardization and Complementation of the Distribution Quality Technical Standard,
c) Elaboration of the Technical Standard to Regulate Renewable Distributed Generation,
d) Elaboration of Regulations of Qualified Consumers
e) Elaboration of Regulations to Regulate the Activity of the Commercializing Agent in Honduras."

Deadline for receipt of bids: July 12, 2019.
