In Guatemala there are plans to build an industrial complex called "Zdeep Gualan Zacapa" with different areas to function in customs, providing services in customs operations, which will enable an area of Free Zone of Public Spatial Economic Development.

"In Zacapa, the construction of an industrial complex is planned to provide services for customs operations, temporary warehousing and trade in general. The occupancy area of the project will be 180,366.55 m2.

The construction foresees the administration areas with premises for system banks, agency of the Superintendence of Tax Administration, coffee shop, infirmary area, electric generator area, perimeter wall, 4 entrance sentry boxes with vehicle access barriers, road circulation area with access to all project components, 4 traffic circles, interior and exterior parking area, restrooms, lots one through seven, sidewalks for pedestrian access on all internal roads, green area, ecological restoration area, storage area, common solid waste collection center, domestic wastewater treatment plant (WWTP), vehicular bridge to communicate the two stages of the project and internal roads of the second stage of the project.
