El Salvador is starting a housing development between subdivisions, residences and apartments, as well as commercial construction with hotels with different capacities and amenities.

"In El Salvador, there are plans to build residential housing, residential towers, subdivisions and hotel complexes in different municipalities of the country.

Amenities for the residents or users of the hotel rooms such as swimming pool, parking, restaurants, bar area, and commercial premises are contemplated.

Also, lots will be developed, for example, in a 44 thousand square meter lot for 105 lots with an average area of 260 square meters. In another lot size, in an area of 92 thousand square meters, only 58 lots with areas from 501 square meters to two thousand square meters will be developed. Among other notifications with different sizes in enabled lots.
