Hospital: 10 Million Investment Expected

Yarden Oakland Hospital is planning to build a health care center in zone 10 of Guatemala City that will have 7 basements and 15 levels.

According to the interactive platform "Construction in Central America" of the Trade Intelligence Unit of CentralAmericaData, Yarden Oakland Hospital S.A., submitted to the Ministry of Environment the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) to develop the hospital project.

The document explains that the property is designed to provide emergency services, bedding units, diagnostic imaging, tomography, magnetic resonance imaging, x-rays, ultrasound, densitometry, endoscopy room, adult and neonatal intensive care units, nursery area, operating rooms and patient cafeteria and kitchen areas.

The project will have the required services such as lighting, power, ventilation, elevators, air conditioning, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, wastewater treatment systems and all the necessary facilities for the operation of the Hospital.

According to the EIA, this project is expected to require about $10 million in investment.
