The Central Bank of Honduras reports that in October, the Price Index (CPI) observed no change compared with the previous month, a result caused by falling food prices, especially of basic grains and some fruits, vegetables and tubers; offsetting rising fuel prices in the local market and other goods and services for personal use and the home. Annual inflation stood at 2.82%, higher than in the same month last year (2.54%), while the cumulative inflation stood at 2.90%.
