Honduras: $12 million Mixed Real Estate Development

Construction has been announced of a 27 thousand square meter building that will include offices and commercial area and a four-level parking lot in Tegucigalpa.

From a statement issued by the Honduras 2020 Development Program:

Tegucigalpa March 2, 2018. Under the Honduras 20/20 program, a new investment for the country has been achieved in the amount of L.300 million through the initiative of Grupo Vision Development and Grupo Jamar, companies that have developed an innovative infrastructure project called Ventu. 
Ventu, a new type of project with a construction area of approximately 26,900 m2, will have different spaces: A service center for offices with a modern and ideal working environment for occupational well being, a commercial center to facilitate a variety of activities such as commerce, gastronomy and recreation, a green area designed for family use and recreation and a 4 level story parking lot. The tower that will be used for the office area will be built in the capital city especially to house companies in the BPO / ITO sector, such as call centers, software development companies, outsourced business services under the optimal conditions for this type of industry and cutting edge technology.
