From a press release issued by the Guatemalan Association of Exporters:

In order to provide Guatemalan businessmen an appointment schedule with potential Central American buyers interested in their services / products aimed at facilitating the networking and expanding opportunities for direct business, the Department of Promotion and Trade Information at AGEXPORT, will be organising from 5 to 9 May 2014, a multisectoral trade mission to San Salvador, Tegucigalpa and San Pedro Sula.

Among the benefits of participating in such an activity is the generation of business opportunities in Central America, positioning companies in specific markets, significantly reducing travel costs and improving the time taken to carry out any business negotiations by using an agenda with specialist appointments.

El Salvador and Honduras, represent a market of 14 million potential consumers, with this in mind we have the mechanism for ensuring that each registrant be given a schedule of business meetings personalized according to their services and products, taking into account the customer profile of interest to them, said Marcia Mendez, Cross Comercial Promoter from the Department of Promotion and Trade Information at AGEXPORT.
