Ricardo González, Managing Director of Multi-Proyectos, told Prensalibre.com that "... At CMI, we are developing an integral plan for the renovation and expansion of our chain of shopping centers in the country, through our real estate unit, and a fundamental piece in this process is the inauguration of this shopping center in Zacapa."

The article adds that "... The parking lot of the shopping center has capacity for 300 cars and 70 motorcycles, from where visitors have easy access to restaurants, a cinema complex of the Cinepolis chain that will start operations in 2020 and a modern supermarket La Torre."
