Wednesday, February 11, 2015

The company Spectrum, in charge of developing the project, estimated that the Naranjo Mall shopping center will be ready in December 2015. This mall will be 27 thousand square meters of retail space and 1,600 parking spaces. Among the companies that have already confirmed their presence are supermarket La Torre, CEMAC and the movie theater chain Cinepolis.

Jorge Mario Figueroa, manager of new projects at Spectrum, told Elperiodico.com.gt told "... People are returning to the city and that creates additional demand for projects such as Naranjo Mall. We see that the market is saturated and there are areas where competition has become more concentrated than others. Therefore Spectrum's market analysis is important for finding areas of opportunity. "

"... With this mall Spectrum is aiming to exploit the potential of the Naranjo County area, one of the areas that has a master development plan which includes housing projects, offices, warehouses and schools. "
