Although in February Energuate mentioned the possibility of convening a new tender to replace the power supply which the plant by Jaguar Energy should have started providing from June, now its director, Dimas Carranza, said that "... 'we have not been given any sign that they will not comply [with the contract]. This is a plant that will soon go into commercial operation'."
