Guatemala: Mixed Real Estate Project for $13 million

An Environmental Impact Study has been submitted to build, in Zone 10 of Guatemala City, a building on twelve levels with spaces for shops and offices.

The developer Inversiones y Construcciones Inmobiliarias submitted to the Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources (MARN) an Environmental Impact Study to build the project called "Grand Reforma 10".

The report "Construction Projects in Guatemala" by CentralAmericaData.com, states that the project area is 2,096.21 m2 and consists of a building that will house activities such as commercial premises and general offices broken down as follows: 7 levels below the street level, called "Sotanos" and 12 levels on street level, called "Torre".

The EIA indicates that the estimated amount of investment to develop this project, which will be located on Avenida Reforma in Zone 10, is $13,262,599.

$63 million Real Estate Investment

June 2018

East of the Costa Rican capital, in Curridabat, plans are underway to build a mixed development consisting of an office and apartment tower, and a shopping center with 200 stores, cinemas, food courts plus 1,200 parking spaces.

The project, according to the Environmental Impact Study (EIA) submitted in February of this year to the Setena, also includes expansion and remodeling of the hardware store EPA.
