Guatemala: Corporate Center for $30 million

It has been announced that a 48 thousand square meters office building distributed in two towers will be build in zone 10.

The real estate developer Domus Studio announced the project, to be built in Zone 10 and said that it will have a corridor that communicate the Second and Third avenues. The project will require an investment of approximately $30 million, and is expected to be ready in November 2017.

The corporate center, called Forum Zona Viva, will have 700 spaces for cars, bicycles and motorcycles, and will measure 48 thousand square meters.

Guillermo Gracias from Inmobiliaria Media Luna, one of the companies involved in the project, told Publinews.gt that "... the idea of ​​corporate complex arose five years ago in a piece of land acquired by investors 25 years ago."
