Guatemala: Corporate Building for $17 million

Plans are underway to build a commercial 15 storey building with 113 offices, in Zone 15 of ​​Guatemala City.

The promoter of the project, Calidad Inmobiliaria, detailed in the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) submitted to the Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources, that the development will be called "Insigne Fase II", and will be built in Vista Hermosa II, Zone 15 , Guatemala City.

The EIA details that there will be 15 levels five parking areas with lobbies and office areas and 10 for offices only plus amenity areas. The total construction area is 35.938.77 square meters.

This building will share amenities with another 17 storey building that the same developer plans to build in San Salvador. The company's goal is to develop a network of offices between the two countries, and eventually extend it to the rest of the region.

There will be 113 offices distributed as follows: 2 units on level 3, 2 units on levels 4-5, 3 units on level 6, 7 units on level 7, 13 units on levels 8-13, 15 units on level 14, 3 units on level 15 and 1 unit on level 16. A part of level 7 and level 15 will be used as areas for amenities.

The estimated budget for the work is: $17,323,266.

"Partner" Buildings in Guatemala City and San Salvador

Two office buildings have been announced, one in the Zona Rosa in San Salvador and the other in zone 15 in Guatemala City, with tenants sharing amenities in both capitals.
