The latest report"Construction Projects in Guatemala",prepared by the Business Intelligence Unit at CentralAmericaData.com, provides an up to date list of constructionprojects for which environmental impact assessment (EIA) studies were submitted to the Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources (MARN) in June.
Details of some of the projects:
Henium Assets Corp. submitted an EIS to build in Zone 14 of Guatemala City 5 apartment buildings with commercial premises on the lower levels, with a total construction area of 204,999 m2. According to the document, the investment amount for the project "Complejo Segheria" is $42,947,841.
Alcance Total Desarrollos, S.A.submitted an EIA to build in Zone 7 of Guatemala City, in an area of 7,123 m2, 5 towers with 257 apartments with a total construction area of 46,306 m2. The project is called "Residential Di Fiori" andaccording to the document the investment amount is estimated at $10,700,000.
Among other projects is the development called "Camilia" which includes a 10 storey apartment building, which will be located in Santa Catarina Pinula, Guatemala department, with an estimated investment of $7,064,220.
