Colonial Residences Project for $7 million

Project "‘La Hacienda del Comendador", located in the municipality of San Miguel Dueñas, Guatemala, will have church, gardens and a "Commander's House."

Three Companies Bid $95 Million for Curundú Project

All three of them proposed costs around $95 million, from Cusa's bid at $94.933.650 to Meco's at $95.397.750.

According to, "Proyecto Curundú" comprises transforming some 160.000 square meters in the locality of the same name.

New Offices and Hotels in Escazú, Costa Rica

The real estate project "Avenida Escazú", to be launched in July includes the Residence Inn hotel, an area for movie theaters, shops and offices.

The Residence Inn hotel will open its doors in April with 100 rooms. In July, the first phase of the project, which includes several shops and 13 thousand square meters of office space, will be inaugurated.
