The Salvadoran group, which has been present in Costa Rica since 1993, is analyzing the possibility of complementing the office and hotel investments it has made in the country with the construction of residential high rise blocks. Additionally, possible investments are being studied in areas such as finance, renewable energy and vehicle sales.

Executive director, Alberto Poma told Elfinancierocr.com that "... Costa Rica is a country that has healthy and stable conditions, rule of law, and legal certainty which we find attractive and we believe it has the conditions to make those investments which are by nature long term and we still see it as a place to go to keep growing."

'...Poma also announced that it wants to enter the automotive sector with more force and to invest and expand the distribution of French car brand Renault, which it has worked with for five years.

According to Ricardo Poma, the distribution of the brand in Costa Rica is not large enough, therefore they are definitely looking to strengthen it. "
