Government of Panama to invest $5 million in airports

The government will invest in improving the infrastructure of four aiports in the capital and interior of the country within the next six months, an official source reported today.

The airports are the Bocas del Toro airport in the province with the same name, the El Real Santamaria airport in Darien, the Puerto Obaldia airport in the Kuna Yala indigenous region and the Marcos A. Gelabert airport in the capital city, a press release from the Civil Aviation Authority said.
