The document outlines that the United States, Japan, Germany and the United Kingdom are among the main world importers of fresh and dry ginger, reaching $198 million in the United States, $148 million in Japan, $67 million in Germany and $56 million in the United Kingdom.

"The United Kingdom and the United States are the main countries in the world with the highest number of product launches that use ginger as an input and are the main manufacturing and commercialization countries of this type of products," the report highlights.
