Gas Natural Fenosa Sells Its Shares in Nicaragua

The Spanish company has signed the sale agreement for $57.8 million in shares in the electricity distributors Disnorte and Dissur, to the Nicaraguan company Melfosur TSK-International.

Gas Natural Fenosa has sold its interests in electricity distribution companies in Nicaragua

The sale agreement includes holdings in the Nicaraguan companies Disnorte and Dissur for $57.8 million.

The signing ceremony was attended by and had the approval of the Ministers of Finance and Energy and Mines of Nicaragua.

Gas Natural Fenosa signed the sale of its stakes in two Nicaraguan power distribution companies to the Nicaraguan company Melfosur TSK-International, formed by the Spanish companies Melfosur and TSK, amounting to $57.8 million.
