On July 17 and 18 representatives of international franchises from different sectors will be showcasing their business models and meeting with companies interested in acquiring their franchises.

EXPO FRANQUICIA 2018 is being organized by the Chamber of Commerce, Industries and Agriculture of Panama, and will bring together more than 100 companies showcasing 70 exhibition modules from a variety of chains including restaurants , desserts, pastry shops and bakeries, air conditioning technical services, pre-school education, photography and design, manicures and pedicures, business networks, automotive service, and footwear, among others.

Meeting of Hardware Companies

From September 20 to 22, entrepreneurs from the hardware sector from 11 countries will be meeting in Panama City to hold business conferences with the aim of forging alliances.

Costa Rica: Announces ExpoFranchises 2016

The regional trade fair for franchises 'Expofranquicias 2016', will be held on 12th and 13th of May in Costa Rica.

From a statement issued by the Chamber of Commerce of Costa Rica:

Costa Rica, March 14, 2016. More than 100 exhibiting companies and 4,000 investors from the Caribbean, North, Central and South America and Europe, will participate in the seventh version of the only regional trade fair for franchises: Expofranquicia, which will be held on 12th and 13th of May in Costa Rica with the aim of promoting the opening of new franchises in the region.

Guatemala in World Franchise Council

The international body has accepted as a member the Guatemalan Association of Franchises, whose executives are hoping this will help attract more investment.

Julius Caesar Loarca Zea, project manager at the Guatemalan Association of Franchises, said the entry into World Franchise Council (WFC) opens the doors for national franchises to Europe and Asia.

Guatemalan Franchises Target Brazilian Market

Businessmen from the food sector are exploring the Brazilian market in order to expand their franchises.

Companies "Pollo Campero", "Go Green", "Los Cebollines" and "Tacontento" are studying this market for their expansion plans for 2010, reported Ricardo Camargo, secretary of the Brazilian Association of Franchises.
