From a statement from the Costa Rican Chamber of Food Industry (CACIA):

The food industry is to hold a trade fair to boost the market, innovate and improve competitiveness in the sector
• Experts will talk about innovations in basic nutrients such as salt, sugar and fat in food, visionary packaging and digital business strategies.
• Technical lectures address will issues related to changes in traditional flavors and efficiency in production processes, among other things.

May, 2013. In order to foster trade as a vehicle to raise the competitiveness of its partners, trade openness, develop more innovation processes and to improve the economy, the Costa Rican Chamber of Food Industry, CACIA, is organizing ExpoCacia 2013.

More than 100 exhibitors and 2,500 decision makers from companies in the domestic and international food industry and related sectors, will meet on 28th and 29th of May at the Convention Center Hotel Wydhan Herradura in San Antonio de Belén, from 8 am to 8pm

Expocomer 2015 Announced in Panama
