International HR Event in Costa Rica

On August 29 and 30, the HR Forum will be held in San José, an event that will address issues such as talent and recruitment, human resources strategy, the relationship between employees and aspects of legislation, among others.

The congress will be held in English at the Hotel Intercontinental and will bring together more than 200 people, with representatives of the more than 305 multinational companies that will arrive in the country, informed CINDE.

San Jose, Costa Rica. July 30, 2019. On August 29th and 30th of this year, the Costa Rican Coalition of Development Initiatives (CINDE) will hold the fifth edition of the HR Forum, a congress aimed at bilingual professionals from local and international human resources, academia, and related disciplines.

More than 25 national and international speakers will address the main trends in human management under the main axes: Talent and Recruitment, Learning and Development, Diversity and Inclusion, Human Resources Strategy, the Relationship between Collaborators and Costa Rican Legislation.

Among the speakers of the fifth edition of the HR Forum are leading companies such as: Ramiro Luz, Manager of LinkedIn Talent Solutions for Latin America; Vinod Bakthavachalam, Senior Data Scientist of Coursera and Dr. André Vermeulen, CEO of Neuro-Link.

For the last five years, CINDE has organized this event annually to train the needs of multinational companies with respect to human management and to promote good practices and initiatives that strengthen Costa Rican human talent.

The selection of Costa Rica is a result of the development of the services sector and the recent addition of the country as a member of the IAOP, an organization that brings together more than 120,000 associates around the world and is co-organizing this event along with CINDE, a conference which is considered the most important in the Latin American region for outsourcing services.
