Construction of a fully equipped electrical substation in the Dominican Republic is being tendered, with an option to expand in the future.

Dominican Republic Government Purchase ETED-CCC-LPN-2022-0038:

"Empresa de Transmision Electrica Dominicana requires to build the Manzanillo 138 kV Substation, which must contemplate operation in tropical climate and high humidity.

It must take into account the service voltage:

* Service voltage 138 kV.
* Maximum service voltage 145 kV.
* Rated frequency 60 Hz.

The substation must have two 138 kV line fields of conventional type, fully equipped with fiber optics, in addition, it will have two spaces for future line fields.

Civil works include land clearing and leveling, foundry for equipment support, slope lining, storm drainage system, gutters, access roads, restrooms, control house, among others.

The equipment must be guaranteed for 24 months.
