"INDE bids satellite services and other complementary services for the generating plants of this Institute and the Empresa de Generación de Energía Eléctrica.
Some of the services tendered are the following:
* Provide c-band satellite bandwidth between remote points and INDE Central Offices must be up to 2,048 Kbps for data transfer and reception per point required.
* Must provide the link between the interconnection point of its Teleport and the NSDI Central Offices, by means of a dark fiber optic connection.
* Must have real-time monitoring systems for the links, in order to verify the transactions carried out and the demand per point, delivering a monthly report.
Some of the complementary services to be provided are the following:
* The contractor must provide point-to-point link service by means of optical fiber that will communicate Administrative offices and Power House of the Santa Maria Plant and connection to the INDE central building with the INDE network, for data transmission with the Plant Maintenance Management System, being single-mode type, for outdoor use.
* The link must be dedicated in constant demand and without compression. Bandwidth must be a minimum of 30 Mbps or higher.
C-band and complementary satellite link services must be provided in the following locations.
* Palín II Hydroelectric Plant.
* Warehouses of the Geothermal Development Project Administration Unit in Aldea Santa María de Jesús, for connectivity to the INDE network.
* Chixoy Hydroelectric Dam.
* Santa María Hydroelectric Plant.
* National Electrification Institute Building, basement 2, EGEE Operation and Maintenance Superintendence, Maintenance Management Division.
