Zollner's new operation will become the first in Latin America and will be located in an industrial park in a free zone in Costa Rica.
The investment of approximately $10 million to be made by Zollner includes its new operating infrastructure and equipment for the electronic manufacturing. The company will also create 200 new job opportunities in the next three years.
Zollner Elektronik AG Germany has invested $15 million in a manufacturing plant in the province of Cartago, where it will produce printed circuit boards for industrial equipment.

The German electronics manufacturing company Zollner Elektronik AG has opened its plant in Costa Rica, its first company in Latin America.
