El Salvador: Residential Project Announced

In an area of ​​27 blocks Grupo Roble plans to build 673 homes as part of the third phase of the project Las Arboledas, in the municipality of Colón, La Libertad.

Alberto Poma, Grupo Roble's corporate director, told Laprensagrafica.com that "...The project will be developed on 27 acres of land, and 20% of this area will be preserved as an ecological reserve. " 

"... The company reported that the Fund for the Americas Initiative El Salvador (FIAES) will be responsible for managing the funds and carrying out the environmental compensation works for the construction of the new project."

The first stage of Las Arboledas started development in 2003. In the first two stages 2,200 homes were built. Grupo Roble has estimated that the third stage will be completed in three years."

The construction company Algasa stated that it will begin construction of the residential complex called "Altema Family Townhouses" which will be built in two phases, the first one whose works will begin next month includes the development of 19 townhouses that will be ready in the last quarter of 2019

El Salvador: $165 million for Residential Project

May 2018

It has been announced that during the third quarter of 2018 work will start on construction of a residential compound consisting of 5,500 homes, and its first stage will begin in the municipality of Usulután.

The companies that will be participating in the project, which will run for three years and will be developed at the national level, are Investment and Development El Salvador (Nami), Asinesa El Salvador and UyD Constructora. In the first stage 800 houses will be built, which will have three bedrooms, and a bathroom, kitchen, living and dining room, in a total area of 50 square meters.
