El Salvador: $40 million Office Project

An environmental impact study has been presented for the construction of an office complex for The Attorney General's Office in the town of Antiguo Cuscatlan.

The Attorney General's Office has submitted to the Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources (MARN) an environmental impact study for the construction of an office complex for the Attorney General's Office.

The project will be located on lzalco Street, Avenida Alamo L and Derivador No. 3 (lntersección CA0LW Panamerican Highway - Highway to Puerto de La Libertad CA045 - Boulevard Merliot), lot s / n, Finca Santa Elena, municipality of Antiguo Cuscatlan department La Libertad. Reference coordinates: 13 "42'29" N and 89 "1-3 '29" O.

The study states that "... The project for an "Office Complex for the Attorney General of the Republic," will be implemented on a land area measuring ​​30,316.42 m2 equivalent to 43,376.73 v2, on which will be construction buildings, internal circulation, parking areas, recreation areas for staff of the FGR, green areas and a protection from El Piro creek .

"... In addition, there will be infrastructure and services such as water supply, runoff for ordinary wastewater, storm water drains taking into account zero hydrological impact, solid waste collection, electricity supply, telecommunications, public transport which serve to bring people to the project, in compliance with the technical requirements required from corresponding institutions. "

The study reveals that the investment required for the work is $35 million for the study, design and construction and another $5 million for equipment.
