El Salvador: $11 million Residential Project

Construction has been announced of a horizontal housing complex containing 39 homes, in the municipality of Nuevo Cuscatlán, in the department of La Libertad.

The construction company Algasa stated that it will begin construction of the residential complex called "Altema Family Townhouses" which will be built in two phases, the first one whose works will begin next month includes the development of 19 townhouses that will be ready in the last quarter of 2019

Regarding the development of the second phase, Herbert Alvarado, president of Algasa, explained to Elmundo.sv that the " ... construction of another 20 'townhouses' is planned from 2020. If there is acceptance and a greater demand, a third stage will be carried out.

The article adds that " ...The townhouses will have an area of 190 square meters, each one will be built on two levels and with three spaces for vehicle parking. The first phase will include access to the garden and the planting area, a hall, a family bathroom, kitchen, dining room, living room, a service area and a flexible study."
