ENADE 2008 to start in El Salvador

On 25 September the IX National Encounter of the Private Companies 2008 will begin.

The event will be held at the Sheraton Presidential Hotel in the capital of El Savalvador.
This year discussions will focus on the expectations of the private sector regarding the next Government and they will prepare a document that they hope will be taken into consideration by the next government in its plan for its term in office.
Alvaro Uribe, president of Colombia, will be the main lecturer.

El Salvador to Host ENADE 2013

The XIII National Private Enterprise Conference 2013 will be held on April 29, and will focus on the role of businesses and the investment climate.

The event will be held at the Sheraton Hotel Presidente from 1:30 pm. The current role of Salvadoran businesses will be discussed as well as prospects for improving the investment climate and socio-economic development of the country.

El Salvador to Host Enade 2012

The Enade forum 2012 under the theme "Commitment to democracy, El Salvador Does Have a Future", will be held on February 13th .

Organized by the Association of Private Enterprise (ANEP), the forum brings together various business sectors.

The forum will include the participation of 92 civil society institutions, said the President of the ANEP, Jorge Daboub.

Guatemala: Alvaro Uribe at Enade 2010

The National Meeting of Private Enterprises (ENADE) 2010 will open its doors on October 7th; the annual meeting will be held at the Hotel Westin Camino Real and poverty reduction will dominate the agenda.

Juan Carlos Zapata, Executive Director of FUNDESA, Foundation for the Development of Guatemala, expects more than 2,500 participants.

El Salvador: $24 Million Public Security Plan

February 2010

President Mauricio Funes will discuss this public security plan with the private sector.

The Government estimates that $24 million will be needed to execute this plan to combat crime.

At a meeting in the Presidential House, the president will discuss his plan with ANEP (National Private Enterprise Association) and FUSADES (Salvadoran Foundation for Economic and Social Development).
