Costa Rica's INS Seeks Land for $3.5 million

The National Insurance Institute is inviting bids for the purchase of land to be used as parking for its headquarters building in San Jose.

The land purchase is for the purpose of accommodating parking for the headquarters building of the National Insurance Institute in San Jose.

The land must be located in the city of San Jose, at a distance no greater than 300 meters from the Central Office Building of the INS, in any of the cardinal points. The distance is not to be measured linearly, but taking into account roads. The offer must indicate the exact address.

The deadline for submission of bids is 12 July 2012.

In an interview with Efe news agency, Erna's director, Petronia Staykova, said the company had already received 10 requests for properties in Central America and the Caribbean and was lining up more clients.
