Costa Rica: Trade Mission to Israel

A meeting has been organized, for the first months of 2017, between Israeli and Costa Rican businessmen to explore business opportunities.

From a statement issued by the Chamber of Foreign Trade of Costa Rica (Crecex):

The Chamber of Foreign Trade of Costa Rica, (CRECEX) and the Embassy of Israel have organized a meeting between Israeli and Costa Rican businessmen in order to affect an increase in trade between the two countries.

The idea is that Costa Ricans will have the chance to open up opportunities and discover the business climate in Israel. The mission has been organized for the first months of 2017.

Some noteworthy opportunities that have been identified are in trade of food products with high added value. In addition, clean technologies, water processing systems, safety and monitoring devices have also been highlighted, among others.

A trade mission is being prepared for the first half of 2016 for Costa Rican companies interested in exploring business opportunities in Israel.

The business trip is being organized by the Chamber of Importers of Costa Rica and the Israeli Embassy in Costa Rica, and aims to analyze potential business opportunities between the two economies.

Costa Rican Trade Mission Visits Florida

Between August 22 and 26, a group of Costa Rican companies will meet with businesses from Florida, U.S., both in Miami and Orlando.

The activity was organized by the Commercial Service of the U.S. Embassy in Costa Rica and the Costa Rican Trade Chamber (Crecex). It will consist of private meetings between Costa Rican businesses and preselected U.S. companies.
