Costa Rica: Trade Mission to Israel

A meeting has been organized, for the first months of 2017, between Israeli and Costa Rican businessmen to explore business opportunities.

From a statement issued by the Chamber of Foreign Trade of Costa Rica (Crecex):

The Chamber of Foreign Trade of Costa Rica, (CRECEX) and the Embassy of Israel have organized a meeting between Israeli and Costa Rican businessmen in order to affect an increase in trade between the two countries.

The idea is that Costa Ricans will have the chance to open up opportunities and discover the business climate in Israel. The mission has been organized for the first months of 2017.

Some noteworthy opportunities that have been identified are in trade of food products with high added value. In addition, clean technologies, water processing systems, safety and monitoring devices have also been highlighted, among others.

Business Opportunities Guatemala - Germany

A trade mission is being organized for the month of September for Guatemalan entrepreneurs to visit the European country.

The group of 15 German businessmen who visited Guatemala City several days ago set up several business appointments with local companies, mainly in the sectors of infrastructure, energy and agribusiness. The next meeting of businessmen from both countries is scheduled for September in Germany. 

Buyers Trade Mission 2016

Costa Rica: Business Conference with European Companies

The private sector is preparing for the weekend of July 4th a business meeting with companies from Spain, Argentina and the Persian Gulf.

In search of new markets and foreign investment that translates into job opportunities, the Costa Rican Union of Chambers and Associations of Private Enterprises (UCCAEP) has joined forces with the organization 'Copa Gigantes de America' because European and Asian companies are interested in using the game between Saprissa and Boca Juniors as a vehicle to initiate trade relations with the Costa Rica market.

Intraregional Trade Opportunities

May 2013

Four Costa Rican companies from the area of packaging and containers participated in business meetings with Honduran entrepreneurs in order to establish direct business relations.

The event was held at the Chamber of Commerce and Industries of Cortes (CCIC), where entrepreneurs were supported by the Costa Rican Foreign Trade Promotion Office (Procomer).
