Costa Rica: Residential Project for $8 million

An environmental impact study has been presented for the construction and subsequent operation of a residential condominium in San Rafael de Escazú, in the province of San José.

Developer company BDI Los Laureles has submitted to the National Environmental Technical Secretariat (Setena) an environmental impact study for the construction of residential project called Casas Los Laureles.

In the study, presented to Setena on January 21, 2015, the estimated investment for the project is stated as $8.1 million.

The company Estancias de Nativa Limitada submitted to the Environmental Technical Secretariat of Costa Rica (Setena) an Environmental Impact Study to build the second phase of NATIVA Resort, a luxury residential complex in a beach resort area 45 minutes from San José, located in Tarcoles, province of Puntarenas.
