Costa Rica: Mixed-Use Towers for $40 million

The plan is to build four mixed-use towers with a total of 47,200 sqm which will be located in San Pedro in the Canton of Montes de Oca, province of San José.

The project includes construction of four towers of between 4 and 7 stories, which will be dedicated to combined uses, such as offices, shops and residences. The works will take 18 months and will start in 2017 and the companies promoting the work are i Cúbica, Replica Estudio, Proinsa and Comission Consulting Company.

Juan Carlos Varela, chief engineer of the work told Elfinancierocr.com that the development will be in a property measuring "... 29,545 square meters which is located on the premises of the former Gerber factory, in San Pedro de Montes De Oca, 300 meters west of the Rotunda de la Bandera on calle Los Negritos. "

According to the Business Intelligence Unit at CentralAmericaData.com, in June 2015 Inmobiliaria Zeta S.A. submitted an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) study for the project "Boulevard y Obra en cauce Ciudad del Este "to build a "Boulevard of 540 ML, with a 2.90 meter bay with right of way 24 meters wide".
