Agroganadera Pinilla, SA, owner of Hacienda Pinilla Beach Resort & Residential Community in Guanacaste, announces the sale of the Hotel La Posada to the company Rythmia Holdings Company SRL, a subsidiary of Rythmia LLC, a company based in California, USA.

The plan of Rythmia Holdings is to promote medical tourism with a treatment center for holistic health. This initiative will create 120 jobs in total, including direct and indirect ones, and is scheduled to begin operations during the first half of 2015.

Hacienda Pinilla Cancels Auction and Announces Reinvestment

The company Agroganadera Pinilla SA has decided to keep control of the company and waive the auction for the sale of the 1,800 hectares of Hacienda Pinilla in Guanacaste, Costa Rica.

In order to do this, the board of the company named Bree McClure Pattillo as successor to his grandfather HG (Pat) Pattillo, founder of the project.
