Costa Rica: $4 million to Remodel Building

The real estate fund owner of the old Yaohán building, in San José, plans to allocate $4 million to modernizing about 13 thousand square meters of the building.

Remodeling of all the facades, stairs and common areas, construction of a new restroom area and parking platform, conditioning of the adjacent building for parking, redesign of all the facades, vehicular access and adjustments to the Law 7.600 are some of the works that the managers of the Los Crestones Investment Fund intend to carry out in the building located in San José. reports that "...The company already has a rental agreement with the multinational Encore Capital Group, in a 3,800 m² free zone. This will make it the first multinational to set up operations near what will be the Technological City of San José.

The US Embassy plans to invest $4 million in the construction of an apartment building for diplomatic personnel in the east of Managua.

The apartment building will be built by Grupo Coen, will be located in the east of Managua and will be completed in May 2019.  

Nicaragua: Growth in the Office Buildings´ Supply

In Managua the first stage of the Kakau Business Center has been inaugurated, and in 30 days the construction of a second tower will begin, with an estimated investment of $10 million.

The first of the office towers located in Camino de Oriente has 64 modules, with dimensions of between 70 and 165 square meters. The development of Kakau Business Center is being managed by the company CIMA.
