Costa Rica: $15 Million Real Estate Project

The realtor El Parque is to develop an apartment block in the La Uruca area of the capital, San Jose.

Construction of the 15-story building is scheduled to begin in December 2011 and take 18 months to complete.

"El Parque group's new project will be located on a 13,000 m2 site near the main highway connecting the capital with the airport, very near the San José Palacio hotel," reports La Nación.

Spectrum Group began construction of five real estate projects aimed at middle-class homes.

The new projects are located in El Salvador, Escuintla, Villa Nueva and San Miguel Petapa.

The San Miguel Petapa project represents about 1.500 homes in an 18 tower complex.

The real estate conglomerate opened a 25-storey, 110-meter tower called “El Pedregal”.

It is located next to Multiplaza mall, and features 87 apartments, two penthouses and two parking levels.

“The building is part of the Multiplaza complex, which includes a business zone, a corporate center with three business buildings, two apartment towers and a hotel”, reported Elsalvador.com.
