Data from the interactive platform "Construction in Central America", compiled by the Business Intelligence Unit at CentralAmericaData, points out that, in July, Casa Santa María S.A. presented an Environmental Impact Study (EIA) to develop a high rise residential project in the district of San Juan, San José.
The project called "Condominio Vertical Residencial Casa Santa María" consists of the construction of three towers, each with 14 storeys, and will house 165 apartments in each structure.The towers include 3 basements for parking and common amenities.
According to the document, a total of approximately $12.3 million will be invested in development of the project.
