According to the EIA, the building will have multiple uses in addition to the corporate one, since basement 5 to basement 2 will be exclusively dedicated to car parks. From basement 1 to level 2 there will be parking lots and commercial premises.

From the 3rd to the 6th floor there will be parking spaces and from the 7th to the 16th floor the entire office area will be located. On levels 17 and 18 a hotel will be conditioned, and 19 and 20 will be for residential use.

The document specifies that an internal and external pipeline installation will be made necessary for the establishment of a LPG liquefied gas tank for commercial use, as well as tanks for the supply of emergency plants, fire and smoke protection systems.
