Construction of Social Housing in El Salvador

The Ministry of Housing is building social housing for those affected by storms, providing integral housing solutions without the risk of flooding, with access to education, health and transportation.

"In El Salvador, the construction of 25 residential units is planned on a plot of land of about one hectare.

The project consists of a housing proposal of 25 residential units of 5.10 meters front by 7.80 meters long on land of 10 meters front by 20 meters long.

The project will also have a parking area, road and pedestrian circulation areas, improved access roads, green areas, sewage, potable water, and electrical installations.

The project areas are distributed as follows:

* Circulation area (streets) 1,070.33 m2
* Parking 328.11 m2
* Green area 1,971.43 m2
* Sidewalks 1,376.65 m2
* 181.28 m2
