Franquiguasa S.A. submitted an EIA to build 7-storey office building with two basements in zone 13 of Guatemala City. According to the document, the project is called "Complejo Zepto" and an overall investment of $10.7 million is estimated.
Dirección General de Caminos plans to build a vehicular bridge in the City of Pedro de Alvarado, municipality of Moyuta, department of Jutiapa. According to the study, the project is called "El Arenal, Moyuta, Jutiapa Vehicular Bridge Construction" and the amount of invest foreseen is $5.4 million.
The EIA submitted by Edificio Avenida Independencia S.A. details that they will be developing a nine-story building with three basements, which will house 76 apartments and have a parking lot with capacity for 108 vehicles. According to the document, the building will be located in zone 2 of Guatemala City and a global investment of $4.1 million is foreseen.
