With an annual growth rate of 25%, the construction industry in China is now one of the largest in the world, requiring high level architectural firms and who have experience in managing and implementing major projects.

Local companies have the advantage of knowing the local requirements and regulations, but have little culture of quality control, compliance with international standards and professional management.

Currently, developers are looking towards a more Western and modern style, and have more sophisticated requirements, requiring first class engineering and consulting services, which opens opportunities for architectural, engineering and foreign construction firms.
