"A medical building will be built, with three levels and a basement. The areas it will have will include:

* Administration area: administrative offices, medical director's office area, administrative office, assistant's office, cashier's area, pharmacy and waiting room.

* Parking area: The capacity it will have is 18 vehicular parking spaces, ambulance parking.

* Morgue area: It will contain the morgue area, family care area, support warehouses, vertical circulations, elevator, stairs.

* Service area: Access to restrooms for clients and health workers, which will have dressing rooms. The medical staff dressing area will be equipped with showers, dressing rooms and restrooms.

* Attention to family members: Pedestrian access from the open plaza of the existing building. With reception area, patient waiting room and public restrooms.

* Emergency area - reception: Cubicles for medical attention, shock and trauma room, plaster and procedure room, infirmary, restroom for people with special needs, reception area with cashier, entrance control, waiting room, restroom and stretcher area, wheelchairs, septic and wardrobe area.

* Medical gas area: Gas area on the first level, separated by masonry walls, entrance from the street for gas supply.

* Maternity and general bedding area: With eight rooms for bedding with sanitary service, closet, nursery area, infirmary and support area. In addition, with 15 rooms for observation patients with sanitary service, closet for patients and auxiliary nursing areas.

* Additional medical services area: Central equipment and sterilization area, fully equipped. Operating rooms with 04 units and 02 expulsion procedures. Auxiliary medical areas with nursing station, wardrobe and supplies area, pharmacy, storage area, baby area, etc. Recovery repair area: equipped with 10 cubicles for patient preparation, cubicles for recovery of operated patients, toilets, septic area and nursing station.

* Food and storage area: Area designated for food storage and storage for services.

* Dining room and kitchenette for doctors: it will have a dining room and kitchenette area for clients and personnel working in the health area.

* Intensive care: Equipped with four intensive care units for observation of patients in delicate condition, nursing station, restroom, food preparation area, dressing room for relatives and cleaning and septic area.

* Waste area: Collect garbage at essential points and take it to authorized dumpsters, with separation of common, infectious and special waste. The area has an emergency shower.

In addition, it includes construction of a security sentry box."

In Zone 9 of Guatemala City, a residential tower is planned to be built that will house 281 apartments and have a parking lot with capacity for 541 vehicles.
