Construction: Investments at the End of 2019

The rehabilitation of a sports center in Panama, a residential tower in Costa Rica and a mixed-use building in Guatemala are part of the investments announced in Central America at year-end.

The interactive system "Construction in Central America", compiled by the Business Intelligence Unit at CentralAmericaData, includes an up to date list of public and private construction projects that are planned to be built in the coming months.

Detail of some of the Environmental Impact Studies presented recently:

Instituto Panameño de Deportes plans to remodel several soccer fields and build aluminum bleachers in a sports center in the Juan Diaz neighborhood. For the project called "Study, design and construction of sports fields in the city of Irving Saladino", it is expected to invest about $11.9 million.

In Costa Rica, Ciudadanos Nunciatura S.A. presented the EIA to build in Pavas, San José, a 27-story building that will house 140 apartments. According to the file named "Citizen Nunciatura Rohrmoser", approximately $11.6 million will be invested.

Burgau, S.A. plans to build in Zone 14 of Guatemala City, a 13-story building that will have spaces for offices and businesses. The project, called "Burgo", will require a global investment of around $6 million.

In Curridabat, Costa Rica, it is planned to build an 11-floor building that will have commercial premises, apartments and offices, for which it is planned to invest just over $5 million.

Desarrolladora HEE S.A. presented the Environmental Impact Study (EIA) to develop the project called "Torre Las Loras", which will be built on a lot in Granadilla, San Jose province.

$61 million to be Invested in Real Estate Development

September 2017

An environmental impact study has been submitted for the construction in San Miguelito, Panama, of a mixed complex consisting of six apartment towers and a tower for commercial use.

Data from the Interactive System "Construction in Central America", compiled by the Business Intelligence Unit at CentralAmericaData, indicates that in June Inmobiliaria Panamá Bella S.A. submitted an Environmental Impact Study (EIA) to the Ministry of the Environment.
