"In San Jose, the construction of a corporate center called "San Pedro Business center" is planned, with two basements for parking, 11 levels for offices and commercial area, in addition, lobby, gastronomic market, amenities, to maintain a profitable area of 13,000 square meters.
 
The project will have 24/7 security, with a needle system, CCTV camera, as well as facial recognition.
 
The amenities that the corporate will have are: yoga studio, training studio, lounge, recreational area, outdoor urban plaza, gastronomic market.
