The interactive system "Construction in Central America", compiled by the Business Intelligence Unit at CentralAmericaData, includes an up to date list of public and private construction projects for which environmental impact studies (EIA) were submitted to the respective institutions of each country in November 2017.

Details of some of the projects:  

Migdal Development Corp. submitted an EIA to build two residential modules in Ancon, province of Panama, consisting of five towers that will house 1,091 apartments and 2,710 parking spaces. According to the study, the project is called Condado Valley and the total investment is estimated at $200 million.

Construcciones y Remodelaciones La Escarcha S.A. submitted an EIA to build in Liberia, Costa Rica, a housing complex that will have 272 apartments spread out over 17 towers. According to the document, around $13 million will be invested in the project.

Desarrollos Naranjo, S.A. submitted an EIA to build, in zone 14 of Guatemala City, two apartment buildings with 19 levels each. The project that is called "Echo Building" and will have a pool and other common areas, and according to the study, the total investment is $12 million.
