Construction: Upcoming Projects in Central America
A horizontal residential complex in Panama, an apartment tower in Costa Rica and a mixed-use building in Guatemala, are some of the projects planned for the coming months in the region.

The interactive system "Construction in Central America", compiled by the Business Intelligence Unit at CentralAmericaData, includes an up to date list of public and private construction projects that are planned to be built soon.
Details of some of the recently submitted Environmental Impact Studies:
Inversiones Campo Verde S.A. submitted an EIA to build, in the town of Herrera, province of Panamá Oeste, a residential complex composed of 619 two and three bedroom houses. According to the document, the project is called "Residencial Campo Verde" and will be developed on a piece of land measuring approximately 16.5 hectares, with an estimated investment of $25 million.
In Costa Rica, Resverde Guachipelin S.A. submitted an EIA to build in Escazú, province of San José, a building that will house 288 apartments. According to the study the residential condominium will contain amenities such as parks, a multifunctional sports court, clubhouse, gym, pool, library, camping area, yoga deck and more.The project, which has an overall estimated investment of $23.6 million, is called "Equa".
Administradora Dorgali S.A. submitted an EIA to build, in zone 10 of Guatemala City, a 10-story building that will house 61 offices for medical offices, another space for commercial premises and a cafeteria area. It will also have seven basements for parking 329 vehicles.According to document the project is called "Edificio Integra II", and approximately $5.8 million is being invested.
