The prequalified firms are Brazil's Odebrecht, the Spanish group Ortiz Construcción y Proyectos Guatemala, Spain's Instalaciones Inabensa, Consorcio CAE Guatemala, Constructora Gia y Edificadora and SBI International Holdings. reports that "...The director of the National Agency for Partnerships for Economic Infrastructure Development, in his capacity as secretary of the Conadie, Julio Héctor Estrada, must submit within a period not exceeding 15 days the case to the Commission so that, based on the Conadie's observation, they can proceed to review it.
