Real Estate Market: $100 Million in Commercial ProjectsOctober 2020 From January to June 2020, 57 environmental impact studies were presented for the construction of commercial buildings in Central American countries, and most of them are concentrated in Costa Rica and El Salvador. $1.500 million investment in residential projectsOctober 2018 During the first half of 2018, 203 environmental impact studies were presented in Central American countries to develop condos, apartment buildings and other housing projects. Central America: $4 billion for Residential ProjectsApril 2018 In 2017, 437 environmental impact studies were presented in countries in the region in order to develop vertical and horizontal housing projects.
