Bids Presented for Hospital Tender

Nine companies have submitted bids for the design and construction of the hospital of David in Panama.

The redevelopment of the Specialized Hospital Center Rafael Hernandez, David, includes the construction of two towers, one for specialized outpatient clinics and another for surgical specialties.

"Construction work will be carried out in two stages, the first, lasting 24 months, will result in part of the work in operation and in the subsequent 12-month period, the work must be completed", reports Sandra Alicia Rivera on the website of La Prensa.

6 Companies Bid for Salvadoran Hospital

A total of six companies submitted bids to conduct soil works for the new maternity hospital.

According to the bidding rules, each company presented three envelopes: one with legal aspects, another with technical specifications and the third with the economic offer.

Carmen Reyes de Morán, from the Health Ministry, explained they expect to sign the contract with the winning company in 75 days.
